AIDS Ribbon

This course is designed to incorporate a mixture of modalities for helping reduce stress for those living with HIV. The courses are set on an 8 week cycle and professionally led, by a kripalu yoga instructor with several years experience in partnered yoga, polarity balancing, Tai Chi Chih, and Thai-style massage. Classes are intended to be highly interactive and vary to meet the needs of the participants on any given day. Classes are suitable for first time students and participants should dress in loose clothing. A materials fee of $15 each month or $5 per class is required with registration in advance. Fee waivers are available for those who can commit to attending a group for 8 weeks at a time. Workshops meet on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. and are held at Test Positive Aware Network, located at 1258 West Belmont. For more information contact Per Erez @ (773) 404-8726.
